인증 서류로 학교 시스템에서 인적사항 나와있는 페이지(등록 학기 나와야됨) 캡쳐해서 보냈습니다.
고객센터는 밤 12시부터 메일을 읽는 편입니다.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting verified for the student offer. No worries, since you currently have a pending verification request in our records, what we can do is manually upload your document that proves your current student status.
To get verified successfully, Maxon requires a school-issued document that shows the following:
-First name
-Last name
-School name
-An issue or term date (within the last three months) that shows the current enrollment
Some examples of documents you can send for verification include but are not limited to, scanned dated school IDs, class schedules, transcripts, tuition receipts, registration receipts, or an official letter from your school. Alternatively, if you have access to your school portal, I recommend submitting a screenshot of your student portal that shows your enrollment in the current term. Please include the URL in the screenshot of your school’s website. Most students just send screenshots of their online timetable or their current enrolled courses.
If you send me the document(s) to prove your student status, I'll gladly review and upload them for you. For your security, if the document you choose to submit contains any sensitive information you don't wish to share, please redact or cover up those details.
