help 다운로드는 어디에서 해야하나요?

질문게시판 규율이 엄격하여 질문하기가 조금 조심스럽네요...^^;;

프로그램을 사용하다가 궁금한게 생겨 help를 눌러봤더니
안나오더라구요 그래서 여기에서 찾아보니 help를 maxon에서
다운로드하여 깔아야하는 것 까진 알겠는데 찾기가 좀처럼 쉽지가 않았습니다...
제가 잘 못찾은 문제가 더 크겠지요...
혹시 경로 아시는 분있으면 좀 알려주시길 바랍니다....

    Update Installation

    The update is installed directly in CINEMA 4D. To install, select the "Manual Installation" command from the CINEMA 4D "Help" menu.

    CINEMA 4D will prompt you to select the zip package to install.

    Once you have selected the package the Online Updater dialog window will open. Confirm your choice by again selecting the package you want to install in the "Update" tab's dialog. Click on the "Install Now" button to proceed and follow the instructions that appear to complete the installation.

    간단히 help메뉴에서 check for updates로 업데이트 창의 optional 탭에서
    필요한 언어의 documentation을 설치할 수도 있습니다
